Developing a Base Suntan

In a little while I am flying to Hawaii for a relaxing vacation of sport in the sunshine. But living within the Rocky region of the United States, I’m really much more used to cloudy days, even while in the spring time.

My to-do list is very long before I can feel truly prepared for my respite from the rigors of life, some items more prudent than others. However the one I’m sharing today involves my pasty white skin.

I do know that it is a myth how building a base suntan can help you preclude burning, but that does not halt me from becoming shy and self-conscious about appearing so pale white and tanless in an area in which all people is used to wearing very little while dallying in the sunshine.

I do understand that many folks believe I should attempt to use a commercial tan bed instead of a sunless spray suntan, however I am not so sure about overdoing my UV ray exposure. The minimal measure of melanin within my skin may make me particularly vulnerable to skin harm.
